at present, jiangsu maido is adjusting strategic positioning according to market demand. its pilot project of a new sales model in lianshui county, north of jiangsu is the recent attempt. the model focuses on an all-round solution for farmers.
in recent years, the number of big farms is rising because of rapid rural land transfer. what‘s more, with fundamental changes in old sales channels, the competition under “new normal” (chinese leaders’ description of chinese economy) is not only about product and channel any more, but also services. bearing this in mind, maidao invited leaders from local plant protection agency, plant cultivation agency and general office in lianshui county, experts and nearly 20 big farm owners to attend the “daomai” all-round solution pitch & lianshui big farm workshop in anpont factory.
not only to provide better solution of crop disease and insects but also to meet the essential need of increasing yield and farmers’ income, jiangsu maidao introduced major product mix of cnac to farmers. it also pointed out more focus will be put on providing professional services in the future, like harvesting service for planters. after hearing adama’s introduction of israeli agriculture industry, the big farm owners get a deeper understanding of the status quo and future trend of this industry.
in the workshop, maidao also related to the momentum in rural ecommerce as well as alibaba’s cuntao project (meaning ecommerce project for rural areas). the attendees are later invited to visit factory facilities in anpont and maidao. after seeing maidao’s strong production capacity, it is hoped the farmers feel more confident about the company.
